Axle conducted governance and brand audits to assess institutional coherence, decision-making structures, and stakeholder trust. Working alongside board leadership and executive teams, we restructured advisory and decision-making systems to clarify authority, accountability, and long-term direction. We aligned structural redesign with institutional narrative—ensuring leadership transition reinforced mission integrity rather than destabilizing it.
