A globally recognized nonprofit serving over 20,000 creatives in children's literature across 19 countries for 50 years, sought to rebuild trust and align with a renewed strategic vision amidst leadership transitions. The organization faced the challenge of meeting the evolving needs of its diverse membership while maintaining its reputation as a cornerstone of support for authors, illustrators, editors, and publishers.
